Chaitons LLP: Website 2014
Project
In 2014, Chaitons LLP needed a new website. Looking for a different digital partner, they were referred to Cubicle Fugitive by another firm. After working on a small holiday card together, and appreciating our work, they retained us to redesign and develop their website.
As part of the project we performed a discovery process to better understand what made Chaitons LLP so successful and why both clients and contacts continued to refer work to the firm. We implemented brand and strategy research in the form of interviews, competitive research, keyword research, and an audit of all firm collateral. With these insights in hand we provided the firm with all new website content and brand messaging. We also worked with an acclaimed local photographer to art-direct new bio and situational photography.
We developed lawyer bio, services, news and events modules to make it as easy as possible for stakeholders to add or remove content and people to the website in just one step.
We designed and developed a new website that is indicative of the firm, their clients, philosophy and work. The focus of the website is around new custom photography of their lawyers working closely with their clients to solve their most pressing legal matters.
With a desire to keep a client’s needs as their focus, the only content on the home page other than a key message and image, is a quick search tool to enable clients to access information on the website as quickly and easily as possible.
The new website is built on the Sitefinity CMS and enables internal administrators to easily and quickly make updates to their own website. We developed lawyer bios, services, news and events modules to make it as easy as possible for stakeholders to add or remove content and people to the website in just one step.
The website is responsive to all devices, intuitive to use, and search engine optimized. With updated content and branding, the new website better reflects the level of expertise and dedication this firm provides its clients.
