SOAR Professional Services: Website Design and Development

SOAR Professional Services is an innovative company that focuses its practice on providing planning, engineering, environmental science, and management consulting services to an Indigenous-focused clientele. Located in New Brunswick, this company has been creating opportunities for and aiding this community.

Cubicle Fugitive completed an in-depth analysis to fully understand SOAR Professional Services and the vision for their new website. Based on our findings, it was determined that the best approach was to make the user experience a memorable one, engaging both potential hires and clients as well.

From a design perspective, the white background in conjunction with the vibrant colours, crisp photography and bold fonts attract the viewer, becoming a focal point for the eye.

With the launch of this venture, SOAR Professional Services approached Cubicle Fugitive to design and develop a website that celebrates their work. The result is a unique and functional website that begins with the home page that allows the user to access multiple inside pages of the site through a variety of ways. Additionally, it aids in establishing the overarching look and feel of the site from a design standpoint. Module content appears throughout, attracting the user to learn more about SOAR. From a design perspective, the white background in conjunction with the vibrant colours, crisp photography and bold fonts attract the viewer, becoming a focal point for the eye.

SOAR Professional Services aims to connect Indigenous communities with the future of engineering to spark change. To highlight this mission, we opted to heavily focus on the ‘About SOAR’ module. Being linked throughout the site, this page from a design and content perspective, is distinctive. The page bold and playful elements all relate back to the company’s Indigenous focus and clientele, from the updated photography to subtle design elements.
