Beautiful World Canada provides scholarships for girls across sub-Saharan Africa, and works with local partners across Uganda, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone to improve the lives of girls living in poverty, through the power of education. Beautiful World also offers programs like mentorship, employment training, and medical care. They have been making a difference in enabling children and young adults to create a brighter future for themselves, their communities, and their countries since 2011.
Looking to create a clear and meaningful donor strategy for both donor retention and growth, Beautiful World approached Cubicle Fugitive for strategic recommendations.
To accomplish this, Cubicle Fugitive began with an in-depth research and discovery phase. In establishing the strategy required, Cubicle Fugitive first determined what motivates people to donate, researched the behaviours of their target market, conducted a competitive analysis, and reviewed the organization’s collateral and documents that were provided.
From here, Beautiful World was provided with a report which included strategic marketing recommendations tailored to their preferences for social media campaigns and low-cost forms of strategic marketing. In addition to the campaign ideas, Cubicle Fugitive also audited the messaging of similar not-for-profit organizations to provide Beautiful World with recommendations to create differentiated and compelling messaging for their marketing campaign, and donor retention and growth strategy.
