Chaitons LLP celebrated its 40th anniversary and turned to Cubicle Fugitive to refine its existing logo to mark this significant milestone. Having previously collaborated on the design and development of the firm's visual brand, Cubicle Fugitive enthusiastically embraced the challenge of incorporating celebratory elements into the existing logo.
The current Chaitons logo is characterized by its clean, minimalist, and contemporary wordmark. Cubicle Fugitive’s task was seamlessly integrating a 40th-anniversary marker while preserving the brand’s established colour scheme and minimalist aesthetic. Additionally, careful consideration was given to ensuring that the logo aligned with the distinctive design of the firm’s website, commanding attention without overshadowing its unique layout.
The chosen iteration of the 40th-anniversary wordmark skillfully captures the modern and assertive essence of the Chaitons brand. It incorporates the firm’s signature rich blue and green colours while maintaining a minimalist, streamlined feel. By leveraging negative space, the resulting design is both distinctive and visually captivating. Cubicle Fugitive’s development team incorporated this new emblem into the broader brand identity by adding it to the firm’s banner animation and prominently featuring it on its website.
