Scargall Owen-King LLP (SOK) is a boutique law firm focusing on expropriation, real estate acquisition, municipal planning, and development law. They represent all types of owners, tenants and others impacted by expropriation across Ontario, including homeowners, farmers, developers, and large- and small-scale commercial landowners, to ensure experienced representation throughout the process and in the determination of final compensation.
We selected and customized a classic and timeless font and set the firm’s name in all caps to convey their strength and prowess in expropriation.
When the firm’s founders set up their new firm, they wanted a new wordmark and icon that was clean, modern, and incorporated the firm’s initials. We selected and customized a classic and timeless font and set the firm’s name in all caps to convey their strength and prowess in expropriation. As the firm helps to carve out space for much needed infrastructure across Ontario, the firm’s initials push beyond the boundaries of its container.
Since 2015, Scargall Owen-King LLP has become known as leaders in expropriation law due to their ability to consistently achieve positive results in the context of a complex statutory process.
