Smart and Biggar: Brochure Design
Project
Over the years Smart & Biggar had amassed an arsenal of great resources for their clients, however, when they rebranded the firm, all of these needed to be updated. We worked with the firm’s marketing department to rethink the content and design to be indicative of their evolving client base.
We took the best of the firm’s robust content and updated its substance and tone to be reflective of the firm’s brand.
The firm’s new brochures cover a wide range of topics ranging from industry and practice group brochures to student recruitment. As a firm with deep industry knowledge, it was important that these materials served as useful tools for prospective clients, rather than simply a sales pitch on the firm’s IP services. We took the best of the firm’s robust content and updated its substance and tone to be reflective of the firm’s brand.
With the design, we kept the look clean and minimalist. Each of the firm’s brochures includes a carefully curated image from one of the firm’s vast photography libraries. We used a close-crop image of an invention, technological innovation, or object that was representative of the firm’s clients. The design is interesting, vibrant, and sophisticated just like Smart & Biggar.
