Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP
Client
Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon has a long history in Brantford, dating back to 1921 and has grown from a sole proprietorship into one of the largest, most established law firms in the region. Although firmly entrenched in Brant County and counsel to a large proportion of the area’s businesses and residents, several other outside law firms were now actively marketing in Brantford. With other firms choosing to compete based upon experience, responsiveness, results, and knowledge, Waterous needed to highlight their competitive advantage.
Cubicle Fugitive worked closely with the lawyers of the firm to understand and articulate what made Waterous different and developed a new look for the firm that was carried out on their new website and advertising. For the campaign, we developed the overarching tagline “you want waterous” that is paired with interesting and often witty imagery and headlines applicable to each of their various practice areas. After a thorough analysis of the firm’s goals and markets, we not only worked with them to create imagery and messaging for their campaign but also put together a strategic marketing plan for the roll-out of their new look.
