Cubicle Fugitive’s approach when developing the new brand for Bergmanis Preyra LLP was to not only conceptually design a logo but to determine how it will transfer to the firm’s other marketing collateral. Seeing how the logo will appear on a print advertisement or firm brochure not only helps key stakeholders to visualize the execution of the logo and but also helps in deciding which one is the best fit for the firm.

Throughout the process, Ron Preyra, one of the firm’s founding partners, fell in love with a stock photo of a Teddy Bear that was sitting in bed with bandages around its head and arm. After a few months of sourcing the photographer’s origin, Ron purchased the bear and had it delivered from the Netherlands. The Bergmanis Preyra LLP bear is now a mascot of the firm providing a sense of comfort and safety and appears in all of the firm’s marketing collateral and has even been cloned into smaller versions for new clients.
