Book Law: Website

Having worked with Hilary Book, a prominent Toronto litigator, at her previous firm, she sought out Cubicle Fugitive’s help when it came time to start her own practice. Hilary came to us with a clean and professional wordmark and new brand colour but wanted our help with a new website and key messaging.

We opted to design and develop a long, scrolling website that ensured a user would immediately get a sense of her expertise through messaging.

Having worked with numerous other sole proprietors in the past, we wanted to create a new website that was modern, professional, and cost-effective, but still enabled Hilary to compete with the boutique firms and seven-sister law firms.

We opted to design and develop a long, scrolling website that ensured a user would immediately get a sense of her expertise through messaging—"Navigating complex litigation. Delivering practical solutions." Without a need or desire to clutter the site with too much copy, we wanted to ensure that Hilary and her team were prominently displayed, as well as their areas of expertise, accolades, and strategic approach to litigation.

Built on the WordPress platform, we continue to enhance her website as her practice grows.
