Fine and Deo: Brand Positioning and Awareness

Fine & Deo is a boutique condo law firm in Vaughan, Ontario. With twelve expert condo lawyers, the firm provides knowledgeable and quality services to over 1000 condo corporations, boards of directors, and property managers throughout the condominium industry. The firm primarily focuses on litigation matters, advice, and consultation in general condo corporate law. With an exceptional reputation in hand, the lawyers were looking to enhance their online presence by clearly articulating their value proposition to clients by developing new messaging and imagery, as well as refreshing the current marketing and website design aesthetic to be more sophisticated, professional, and modern.
As part of this process, Cubicle Fugitive interviewed key stakeholders at the firm, performed an exhaustive review of all internal and public documentation, audited several competitors’ websites, and consulted best practice industry research to devise and communicate a brand position for the firm.

Cubicle Fugitive discovered that the partners at the firm are pioneers in the condo industry, and like condos, have built their practice from the ground up. The lawyers are authentic, taking a keen interest in their clients by getting to know them personally, and genuinely care for their clients’ well-being. They also present themselves in a distinguished manner and consistently provide top-quality service to all their clients’ ensuring everyone is treated like they are somebody.
While the firm logo remained intact, Cubicle Fugitive articulated the firm’s brand through new website copy, headlines, and lawyer bios.
