Gluckstein Lawyers: Website Design and Development

Gluckstein Lawyers is a personal injury law firm committed to advocating on behalf of injured victims and their families across Ontario, as well as medical malpractice and birth injury victims throughout Canada. Charles Gluckstein has strategically expanded the firm by adding top personal injury lawyers across the province, from Nicholson Gluckstein Lawyers in Ottawa and  Rastin Gluckstein Lawyers in Barrie, as well as Jellinek Ellis Gluckstein Lawyers, who specializes in sexual abuse law. The firm approached Cubicle Fugitive to design and develop a new website that would bring together the firm’s four constituent websites into one new website. Additionally, the new website needed to be easy to maintain and manage by internal staff. From the start of the project, Gluckstein Lawyers was focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and needed to work with a firm that understands digital law firm marketing, especially within the highly competitive personal injury space.

The client’s goal was to balance premium design, functionality, SEO, and content cohesion into one website. Recognizing this challenge, the Cubicle Fugitive team developed a strategic project plan to ensure all elements of the website would be seamlessly executed, conveying the firm’s excellent client service to its clients and stakeholders. This included creating detailed plans for the website’s architecture, content inclusion, and SEO implementation, all while respecting brand considerations.

The site was designed to maintain the brand traction of each constituent firm separately while unifying them under the Gluckstein Lawyers brand name.

Cubicle Fugitive’s design team created a new website using Gluckstein Lawyers’ brand colours and elements while incorporating unique photography that Cubicle Fugitive sourced and implemented throughout the site. Our team also migrated content from all four constituent websites and seamlessly and cohesively integrated it into the new website structurally and visually. By analyzing website analytics data and working with key stakeholders, Cubicle Fugitive determined the top-performing content across each website and prioritized its inclusion in the new website.

While the new website was in development, our team took the four constituent websites (all hosted on various platforms and domains) and transferred them into one website hosted on a modern Content Management System (CMS). This new system supported the firm's SEO efforts without compromising design and functionality. The site was designed to maintain the brand traction of each constituent firm separately while unifying them under the Gluckstein Lawyers brand name.

With the need to prioritize SEO, the Cubicle Fugitive team faced the challenge of creating a content strategy that would allow Gluckstein Lawyers to continue to brand itself as “Ontario Personal Injury lawyers” while targeting specific office locations and service areas. Throughout the process, our team remained focused on guaranteeing that SEO functions were easy to use and optimized for the site launch. This included customizing meta titles and descriptions, strategically determining and placing headlines and content, optimizing webpages for keywords, and developing functional features such as location tagging to ensure a localized experience.
