In 2024, Lerners approached Cubicle Fugitive to expand on its successful 2023 advertising campaign by developing a series of billboard ads for the firm, focusing on their personal injury and family law practices and a broader brand campaign. The primary objective was to build upon the firm’s tagline, “At Lerners, our focus is you,” and push the message further to capture attention in high-traffic areas. Designed to resonate with drivers and pedestrians, the billboards emphasized the firm’s singular focus on putting clients’ needs first.

For personal injury, the campaign addressed sub-practice areas including catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and product liability. The family law billboards targeted divorce and custody cases, while the firm’s broader branding campaign highlighted its ability to serve businesses across various stages and sectors. Cubicle Fugitive handled the full creative process—design, headline writing, and photography sourcing. Moving away from traditional smiling portraits, we selected striking and captivating faces to command attention. Compelling headlines complemented these bold visuals to create a powerful and memorable presence that left a lasting impression.
