Sandfield Property Group came to Cubicle Fugitive in need of an intuitive and elegant SEO optimized website to showcase their properties and services in a way that would appeal to their executive clientele. However, we realized early on that we were facing a unique problem; with a multitude of variable data, how do we create a search function for users looking to buy or rent luxury real estate that's simple to use and easy to navigate? And, how do we simulate the experience of viewing a luxury real estate property in person, through a digital platform? Likewise, how do we make it captivating both visually and from a content standpoint to reach a target audience that ranges from local to international clients?
At the heart of it, we understood that Sandfield Property Group's clients would be searching for real estate options that are a cut above, which is exactly what the company offers. We designed and developed a sophisticated website to reflect that, and one that allowed Sandfield Property Group to enter a noisy market and shake the dust off the luxury real estate industry with one simple concept; Live Life Extraordinary. With properties in the most revered Toronto neighbourhoods known for their proximity to high-end boutiques, bespoke art shoppes, world-class entertainment, and gourmet dining, we wanted to convey how it would feel to live there through the website design and functionality.
We crafted the website to function more like an online tool, to efficiently search and filter through the different properties in ways that make sense for users, making it easier for potential clients to find exactly what they want.
Modern and contemporary design elements lend to a look and feel of distinguished style and flair, and combined with immersive website scrolling features, bring seemingly average photos of real estate properties and listed features to life, simulating a luxury viewing experience. What's more, we crafted the website to function more like an online tool, to efficiently search and filter through the different properties in ways that make sense for users, making it easier for potential clients to find exactly what they want.
From a strategic standpoint, we designed the website to include information that would educate and provide a glimpse into the extraordinary life of living in one of the Toronto neighbourhoods. Built on our SEO strategy, we helped enrich the website content to ensure high Google rankings while still keeping true to our main goal; to develop an intuitive website with a seamless user experience that would reach an executive audience looking to purchase or rent luxury real estate with premium service and no hassle.
