After the successful launch of its new website, Torkin Manes sought to update its law firm’s stationery and marketing collateral to reflect its updated brand. The project involved creating notepads, business cards, laptop sleeves, a pitch template, pocket folders, a PowerPoint template, envelopes, and letterhead. Each item was designed to align with the new brand guidelines and provide a cohesive and professional image to current and potential clients.

We began by thoroughly reviewing the firm’s new brand guidelines, which served as a vital reference throughout the project. This ensured that all designs were consistent and aligned with Torkin Manes’ new brand identity. The client provided examples of its old materials, which helped our team understand its preferences and areas for improvement. This allowed us to create designs that met the client’s needs and stood out to their audience.

Each element of the project was meticulously crafted to reflect Torkin Manes’ new brand, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all materials.

Two notepad designs were crafted, incorporating the website’s signature lines to balance aesthetics and functionality. The laptop sleeves and pocket folders, designed with the brand’s lines and logo, ensured both visual appeal and practical usability. Enhancements to the pitch template with brand-specific styles and elements created a memorable and functional document for potential clients. To ensure a consistent look across all presentations, the PowerPoint template was updated with the brand’s colours, fonts, and themes. Moreover, the business cards were modernized with a QR code linking to virtual business cards, featuring a soft touch finish with a glossy finish on the lines on the back. The glossy finish adds a subtle shine when the card is moved, creating a sophisticated effect. Finally, the letterhead and envelope designs were refreshed with the new logo, completing the cohesive brand update.

The updated materials provided a unified and professional appearance, enhancing the firm’s brand recognition. Lawyers and staff could confidently present their new business cards, notepads, and pitch templates at conferences and meetings, knowing they reflected the firm’s modern and consistent brand. The project successfully reinforced Torkin Manes’ commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, leaving a lasting impression on its audience.
